Inaugural WSORR Season a Ratings Success on SPEED TV

CRANDON, WI May 8, 2008 – As the World Series of Off-Road Racing® television season draws to a
close, network executives, sponsors and Series officials are calling WSORR’s Tour 2007 a “hit” on
SPEED. Just released ratings numbers indicate the WSORR programs from last season were the top-
rated off-road short course race shows on SPEED based on total viewership of all programs.

The WSORR 2007 season on SPEED concludes this Saturday with the airing of the BorgWarner
Shootout at noon Eastern Time.

“We’re ecstatic to have delivered the kind of rating numbers that pushed us to the top of all off-road
Series broadcast
on the true home of racing on television- SPEED TV,” said Steve Grein, executive producer of NeWave Television, the Series’ production company. “With
one big show to go, WSORR broadcasts have reached more than 6,130,000 race fans on SPEED,” he added.

The top rated programs to date included the November 17th airing of Round III from Crandon International Off-Road Raceway, the February 16th airing of
Round XI from Crandon, the February 2nd airing of SRT Highlights from Bark River International Raceway and the Round X action from Crandon that aired
on February 9th.

“The BorgWarner Shootout has traditionally been the highest rated show in the past so we expect to finish the TV season on a real high note,” said Doug
Davis, WSORR managing general partner. “When you have the sport’s biggest prize, the BorgWarner Cup, combined with the racing reputation of Lucas Oil
and the Forest County Potawatomi, you have a winning combination for a hot and popular television broadcast,” Davis said. “I’m also very pleased to see
that our SRT racing is also popular with TV race fans. Clearly, we have a vibrant and healthy Series that is a fun, affordable place to race that is also
exciting to watch. We had record attendance for short course races in 2007 including the 43,000 who attended the World Championships at Crandon
Raceway. It’s good to know that momentum carried over to the television broadcasts. I think fans tune in due to our Series name and their familiarity with
tracks such as Crandon, Bark River and Lucas Oil Speedway,” he added.

The World Series of Off-Road Racing Bursts on the Motorsports Scene in 2007!

Armed with a three-year, prime time television contract on SPEED TV and with the financial support and brain trust of founding sponsors Lucas Oil
Products, Forest County Potawatomi Community and BorgWarner Corporation, the WSORR has positioned itself for a powerful inaugural season. Watch this
space as new sponsors are added to the WSORR family.

WSORR is truly a BREAK-THROUGH SPONSOR PROPERTY for major league sponsor RESULTS. The green flag is "Go" for exposure to record-breaking
crowds and a national TV audience! Contact us for break-through methods to capture true truck consumers and race fans and associate your good name
and products with all the color, the glamour, the excitement, the individualism and the toughness of professional off-road racing!

The WSORR title sponsorship is SOLD OUT for 2007, 2008 and 2009. The WSORR presenting sponsor position is also sold out for the next three seasons.
And, the sports biggest and brightest stars will race exclusively within the World Series for the two most prominent events in closed course off-road racing --
the annual BorgWarner Shootout and the FCP Chairman's Cup Heavy Metal Challenge.

Headquartered in the Midwest, the WSORR has a birth right in short course off-road racing of nearly four decades. Midwest off-road racing has a “mystique”
all its own. Off-road racing in the Midwest last season drew record crowds.

WSORR is strategically positioning itself to offer the finest professional off-road racing Series in the U.S.A. With our partner-sponsors, the WSORR offers
immediate credibility, stability and reliability. WSORR continues the growth of this thundering, eye-appealing, colorful sport that entertains thousands of
live spectators and will generate even larger and more satisfied TV viewers over the next 36 months.

Under our "1,000 Day Plan", our primary focus is to professionally manage the Series providing a solid, stable, marketing platform and “proving ground” for
sponsors.

Achieving our plan requires a safe racing environment and enforced technical and competition rules that creates and maintains a level playing field for all
competitors.

Our objective is to focus on providing marketing tools to build successful sponsorship programs and WSORR can provide added marketing benefits not
available through traditional marketing methods. WSORR sponsorship programs are accountable and driven by a measurable return on investment.

Our vision includes a three-year goal to stabilize, re-energize, and grow short course off-road racing, while continuously improving the business culture of
the sport to draw ever more participants, sponsors and interest. Anchor events for the WSORR are dedicated tracks in Crandon, WI and Bark River, MI. These
two facilities represent 71 years of combined experience and history in off-road racing. Every attempt will be made to establish new tracks and take off-road
racing to new markets. The WSORR staff are people that have nurtured the sport over many years and developed successful sponsor programs that have
brought the sport to a high level. Many sponsors have been supporting the WSORR-style of off-road racing continuously for a decade and some much,
much longer.

Cutting edge racing with cutting edge affordable marketing opportunities characterizes the WSORR. Add multi-year, prime time TV exposure, a bevy of
added value items, and a responsive, professional, experienced staff willing to go the extra mile and the WSORR is primed to help sponsors reach
consumers.

But don't take our word for it. Ask sponsors that have been involved in the sport. We can proudly provide you a list of references. Do your research. Ask about
our staff. We are proud of our reputation for integrity and delivering for a wide variety of sponsors. Count on our management team to represent your
company in a professional, businesslike manner. Our team will ensure that your torch is carried by off-road veterans who want to assist in any manner to
deliver results.

We do off-road racing FULL-TIME, ALL THE TIME. We are not "hobbyists" with no vested interest in seeing your company succeed. If your sponsor
personality fits off-road racing, then you need to talk to the WSORR today. We look forward to adding your company ID to the World Series of Off-Road
Racing globe! Click here to reach us for more information:
